Radiant performs energy audits on residential homes in the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont. An energy audit is the first step towards reducing energy costs, improving home comfort and reducing your carbon footprint. The auditors will perform a thorough examination of your home, review your energy use history, and perform a number of diagnostics tests to determine the most cost effective measures you can take to reduce your electricity and heating fuel use. The audit will also look for advanced signs of water damage, mold, air quality and other health and comfort issues. An audit will take only a few hours and the process will teach you many details about your home. You will be given a written report with all findings and recommendations.

December 2009 Update:  Since forming in June of this year, we have completed energy audits on eight homes and one condominium building in the Upper Valley.  We are also working with a local energy committee and hope to complete audits on some of their municipal buildings.  We hope to update the site with testimonials from some of our clients soon.  Thanks for visiting our website!
